Mother's Day 2016

When you're pregnant on Mother's Day, a cookie cake is the BEST gift!

We went to the lake for Mother's Day weekend to celebrate with my mom and the rest of the gang.

The boys had so much fun playing with this dirty, soapy water John had used to wash the boat.

Wilson washed his bike.

Papa and Wallace have so much fun together.

Being a mom is such a gift, and I cherish it more and more every day.  I'm so blessed to have such a great example in mothering from my mom.  She is so selfless, always giving of her time, energy, and love to her children and grandchildren.

Happy Mother's Day!  I love being a mom, and it's one of the greatest gifts God has given me.

4th of July 2015

We spent our 4th of July at where else but Lake Murray.  When we arrived, my dad had a brilliant idea to float this old, fake tree in the water to attract fish.  It's always something...

Papa spent the day cooking some yummy hash and BBQ.

Gigi surprised the littles with these cute chairs.

These babies celebrated their first 4th of July

Oh Hey Aunt Neanie!

Anna and I went for a paddle boat ride.

Gigi and Papa fed Wallace tons of watermelon.  I had no confusion as to why he had a massive poop explosion all over his precious outfit on the way to church Sunday morning after leaving the lake.

The Newlyweds Anna and Jon Michael came to celebrate with us, too.

It was a fun, family weekend at the lake.  Thank you God for all of our blessings you give us in this great country of yours!

Gregory Lake Vacay 2k15

We spent the day at the lake before heading to the beach for the Gregory Beach Vacay this year.  So it was kinda like a mini lake vacation.  As soon as we arrived, Wilson needed to go for a ride on the lawn mower with Papa.

The boys all were their Gigi specials outfits as it was Memorial Day weekend.

Posing 3 littles for a picture is quite the experience, but I can only imagine how we will get 3 teenagers to say cheese in several years.

We love boat rides!

"Hey Ladies!  Ya'll wanna come ride with us good looking fellas?"

John being a good daddy : )

Uncle Caleb loving on our sweet nephew Thomas

Wilson is already learning to teach his little cousin tricks...

Then we were off to the beach!
