Bunny and Swinging

A couple weeks ago, we had a weekend filled with perfect spring weather.  It ended up being just a tease, but we made the most of it.  

We took Wilson to meet the Easter Bunny in this cute bunny outfit Cousin Ben let us borrow.

Here's the classy keychain we walked away with.  Wilson LOVED the bunny.  I later found out that my daddy has a serious issue with the Easter Bunny.  He does not see how he ties into the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and Easter.  I agree, but he does make for a cute pic with the babe.

After a trip to Lowe's for supplies, and a phone call to Craig for instructions, Caleb hung Wilson's new swing up in the back yard.  We bought it for him as his Valentine's present, but we hadn't had the perfect opportunity to hang it yet.

He LOVED it.  Wilson has always loved being outside.  Like, he'll be in the middle of the biggest meltdown, and if you take him near the window, all is well again.

These pictures don't give the best expressions of his love for it, but we'll take some more if it ever warms up again.

Too cool to smile.  Just lay back and prom that arm up, buddy.

Papa Curt and Gigi came over later that night to work on Wilson's walking skills.

I'm beyond ready for that warm weather to come back!
