104.  That's how HOT it was yesterday.  

Running outside.  That's how CRAZY Sara Margaret and I were yesterday.

I had already convinced myself that it was okay to skip running yesterday because of the heat.  UNTIL SM asked me to go run this fun trail with her.  It's the Mary Black trail, named after one of the hospitals in Spartanburg.  It's flat and pretty well shaded, but it was still CRAZY to run in that heat.  

At least we had each other.

Now that I've discovered it, we'll have to run it more often.  I love finding new things here!  It's downtown and really cute.  Maybe we'll wait until it cools off just a bit for the next run.
