One Month

Wilson James,

You are one month old today!  Words cannot describe the love we have for you already.  This month has been the most rewarding yet challenging ever.  We just thought PA school and "work" was hard, HA.   You, my little boy, have already taught us so much more than we could imagine.  About babies, about ourselves.

You are truly the sweetest, cuddliest, most adorable baby ever.  The way you stretch when you wake up, your precious smiles (gas or not), your tiny toes, your baby acne, your wrinkly neck, your baby breath, and the way you place your hands on our shoulders makes us melt.

We seriously thank God for you every day, if not every minute.  We don't deserve you, Baby Wilson, but we are so thankful God has trusted us to take care of you here on earth.  We pray for your health, your happiness, but mostly for your salvation.  We pray you come to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior at a very early age, and that you will be a shining light for Him.  We pray that God will grant us the wisdom and peace we need to raise you in a Godly home.

Wilson, thanks for letting us be your parents.  We love you more than you will ever know!  It has been a great month!

P.S. Thanks for letting Mommy and Daddy sleep 6 hours last night!!! ; )
