4th of July 2013

We spent our 4th of July at the lake house and loved every minute of it.  (Well, minus the minutes, and hours, Wilson didn't want to sleep in the middle of the night.  I try not to dwell on that, but man, this kid does NOT sleep well in the pack and play in Mommy and Daddy's room.  Anywho...)

We ate hash and BBQ on the 4th.  I love that traditional meal!

Jack LOVED when Wilson dropped him a bite here and there.  These 2 work well together.

He ate like a little pig.

We braved the clouds and went for a boat ride.

Here comes the rain!

The showers only lasted a few minutes here and there which was nice for boat rides, jet ski rides, fishing, and swimming!

We loved soaking up some rays with this little cutie!  He loves climbing in and out of his pool.

John worked on his cannon ball.

We played cards while Wilson walked around in his hand-me-down walker.

The infamous Papa Curt hold always makes him smile.

Mom had this thing full of these tasty snacks arranged as a flag, but they were gone within minutes of us finding them.  Yummy card playing snacks.

Caleb and I both did some wakeboarding.  It had been a while, especially for me, considering I was preggo last summer.  It was so fun to do it again!

One of Jordan's friends brought his little boy, and they are exactly a year apart.  It was fun to catch a glimpse of what Wilson will be into next summer.

I still need a little practice out there.

There are no words for this picture.  Flex, Wilson, flex.

We celebrated Daddy and Kayla's birthdays last weekend too.  My dad turned 58 (old man) and little Kayla only turned 19 (what a baby!).

"I'm gonna bore a hole" makes him laugh out loud.  Every.Single.Time.

We had a great time playing outside with family and friends!
